Cashflow is vital to any business. Normal factoring ties companies to a financing contract for all sales invoices. Factoring contracts also last for at least a year. KBC On-Demand Financing is far more flexible. For instance, businesses can choose which sales invoices they want immediate payment for. KBC will then pay those invoices within 24 hours. The invoice recipients will pay KBC within the agreed payment terms afterwards.
Most credit is based on the financial health of the borrower. However, KBC On-Demand Financing is based on the performance of the invoice recipient and the transaction in question. In other words, it helps companies to manage their short-term cashflow without the stress of a normal loan.
Software firms can use an easy API to integrate KBC On-Demand Financing into their packages. Firstly, KBC will assess the client’s sales invoices and show which invoices qualify for financing. The client can then use the software to ask for financing where necessary. With this in mind, the client can focus on its core business without the distraction of any cashflow problems.
The KBC website also offers further details on KBC On-Demand Financing.
ERP and invoicing software firms can offer the API to all B2B and B2G businesses.
First of all, the software firm can indicate into which screens the API should be integrated. The client then starts the integration and consents to the exchange of the billing data.

The client’s invoicing data is sent to KBC.
KBC then returns those invoices eligible for On-Demand Financing. At the same time, it indicates the applicable charges.
Subsequently, the client can request KBC On-Demand Financing for the eligible invoices in the software with the KBC Sign App.
