The form is therefore very easy to complete. The real estate agent or owner also gets an email when the deposit is ready.

Who can offer the KBC Security Deposit?

How does this solution work?

Step 1

Firstly, the real estate agent or owner enters the data for a new lease in his or her platform. When all the data is complete, the user clicks on the KBC Security Deposit API in the platform.

Step 2

Secondly, the real estate agent or owner completes a quick single-screen process in the KBC environment. The screen shows all the lease data. The user only has to enter the deposit amount. If any data is missing, the user can also add it here. When everything is complete, the user confirms.

Step 3

This then triggers an email to the tenant. The real estate agent or owner also receives a confirmation.

Step 4

The tenant can then click on a link in the email to start to set up a rent deposit account. The tenant can also take out home insurance at the same time. Again, all the available data is prefilled already.
