A sandbox – also called a working directory, test server or development server – is a testing environment that isolates untested code for independent evaluation, monitoring or testing. KBC offers a sandbox as a secure environment for developers to try some of the possible integration scenarios for their KBC APIs. A sandbox allows developers to test the functionality of their applications and the integrated KBC APIs before they go into production. It uses fictional data.

Important information before starting
Only Belgian companies are allowed to use our solutions, a company number must be provided and will be asked before you can register an integration in production.
The email address passed during developer registration will be linked to your organisation registration (needed if you want to go to production). KBC will sent a framework agreement to this email address. For this reason it is obliged to use a company email address when registering as a developer.
