How does this solution work?  


A business service provider uses three APIs to offer a KBC Business PRO Account to its clients. KBC supplies the first two APIs. After that, the business service provider needs to build the third API
  1. Firstly, one API retrieves the new bank account information and shows this info to the client. 
  2. A second API then starts the process that allows the client to open the new bank account online at KBC. 
  3. Thirdly, KBC returns the newly generated bank account number to the last API. This API makes sure that the client goes back to the online flow in the business service provider’s website. The business service provider therefore needs to develop this API itself.

    Through the KBC Partner hub – Business account

    The business service providers can use the KBC Partner Hub to guide their clients quick and easy to the digital process for opening a new business account. The KBC Partner Hub is a standalone online app that does not involve any additional costs or require IT integration.

    If you opt for the Partner Hub solution and sign the partnership agreement, you will receive a unique username and password to log in to the personalized simulation tool.

    1. After logging in to the KBC Partner Hub, you can register some personal data of the client (name of the client and email address). This data is required for sending an email to the end client on behalf of KBC/CBC/KBC Brussels.
    2. The KBC Partner Hub instantly generates an email for the end client. This email contains a link to the digital process for opening a business account.
    3. If the end client is interested in a business account, they can use the link in the email to open a business account.
