The customer is immediately provided with a KBC Home Insurance quote for the chosen property.
The customer can click a call-to-action button to take out the home insurance policy online on the KBC website. All available data appears in the KBC environment by default.
The customer selects the preferred home insurance components, takes out the insurance and pays for it online.

Integrating an API into your CRM tool or customer zone

While the simulation widget has rather limited functionality, the API allows you to integrate the entire simulation into your own environment (from CRM tool to customer zone) fully in line with your own look and feel. However, the IT work required to achieve this is much greater than with the previous option.

This means you can support your customers by giving them an idea of the basic home insurance price straight away.

And you can also receive updates about the status of the requested home insurance policy.

As a partner, you receive a KBC Home Insurance quote for the chosen property in your own software right away. You can share this quote with the customer.
If interested, customers will receive an e-mail from KBC containing a link to the specific insurance policy.
The customer selects the preferred home insurance components in the KBC environment, takes out the insurance and pays for it online. All available data appears in the KBC environment by default.
As a partner, you receive near-time updates about the status of the requested home insurance policy, provided you have activated this feature.

A partner signs a partnership agreement with KBC that describes the scope and operations of that partnership.

Partners using KBC Home Insurance solutions are not subject to specific insurance mediation rules. You just refer your customers to KBC solutions and never provide personalised insurance advice. All customers are free to decide for themselves at any time whether or not to take out the insurance.
